Cancellation Policy for Acorn Business Centre

At Acorn Business Centre, we strive to provide clear and fair cancellation rights for our valued customers. Please review the following policy to understand your rights and obligations regarding cancellations:

1. Cancellation Rights - Consumers

1.1. Cooling-off Period: Customers who are consumers, as defined by applicable consumer protection laws, may be entitled to a cooling-off period for certain contracts.

1.2. Consumer Definition: The cooling-off period applies to individuals acting outside their trade, business, or profession.

1.3. Cancellation Request: To cancel a contract, consumers must notify Acorn Business Centre in writing within the cooling-off period. The notification should include the customer's full name, address, and details of the order to be canceled.

1.4. Cancellation Fee: Depending on the status of the order at the time of cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will be proportionate to the services rendered by Acorn Business Centre up to the cancellation date.

1.5. Refund Policy: Any fees or deposits paid by the consumer will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy, subject to any applicable deductions for services rendered.

2. Cancellation Rights - Business Customers

2.1. Exclusion of Cooling-off Period: Business customers, including sole traders, partnerships, and companies, are not entitled to a cooling-off period.

2.2. Cancellation Request: Business customers wishing to cancel a contract must notify Acorn Business Centre in writing as soon as possible.

2.3. Cancellation Fee: In the event of cancellation by a business customer, Acorn Business Centre reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. This fee will be determined based on the services provided up to the cancellation date.

2.4. Refund Policy: Refunds for business customers will be provided in accordance with our refund policy, taking into account any applicable deductions for services rendered.

3. Additional Considerations

3.1. Finance Agreements: Customers with finance agreements should be aware that cancellation of the lease agreement may be subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by the finance provider. Acorn Business Centre will provide guidance and assistance in navigating these agreements.

3.2. Vehicle Supplier Fees: Customers should be aware that cancellation may incur fees from the vehicle supplier. These fees are separate from Acorn Business Centre's cancellation fees and will be communicated to the customer upon receipt of the cancellation request.
